Get into life: Pay attention and MOVE!

Getting into life involves paying attention.

By that I mean really tuning in to what makes you tick. This requires a good deal of personal presence. Make it a habit to know whether you're feeling good about what you're doing and where you are, or not. And if you're not, choose to change what you're doing to something that feels good.

This is not about eating chocolate instead of overcooked brussel sprouts - not entirely, anway.

It is about being aware enough in your life to notice and get rid of the stuff that really doesn't serve you and it is about adding things in that do make you feel good in the centre of you, but that's where the similarity finishes.

And if you're sitting there reading thinking: "but I don't know what feels good" here's today's tip:

Honour that body that carries you around each day. Get up and MOVE.

Don't think about it, just do it, and notice how you feel afterwards. Your body is made to move and it will thank you for it.

Stuck for something to do? Keep it simple: go out your front door and travel by body power for the next 15 mins. When you're back, remember to notice how it felt to move and how YOU feel now.
