Creating Momentum

Creating momentum in anything you do is about starting. Whether you have everything in place that you believe you need or not, the best thing to do is just get started. Every day, ignore the procrastinator inside and take the first step of your 30 minute walk and then come home and take the first step to nourishing your body well ....you get the picture. This behaviour might be a new pattern for you and you may need to make some new habits but the best thing about it is that once you're started you will see little changes quickly and you can apply the same principles to your family life, your job and your business.
